Dnes sa bli\u017e\u0161ie pozrieme na v\u00fdvodov\u00fd hriade\u013e (PTO) a regula\u010dn\u00e9 ventily.   V\u00fdvodov\u00fd hriade\u013e (PTO) je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou syst\u00e9mu. Je potrebn\u00e9 dba\u0165 na zladenie typu prevodovky, v\u00fdberu kr\u00fatiaceho momentu a prevodov\u00e9ho pomeru PTO, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila optim\u00e1lna r\u00fdchlos\u0165 \u010derpadla a prietok oleja. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 je aj spr\u00e1vna poloha v\u00fdvodov\u00e9ho hriade\u013ea vzh\u013eadom na prevodovku (zadn\u00e1 alebo bo\u010dn\u00e1 mont\u00e1\u017e) a v\u00fdber spr\u00e1vneho typu v\u00fdvodov\u00e9ho hriade\u013ea, napr. kockov\u00e9ho alebo posunut\u00e9ho, ktor\u00fd ovplyv\u0148uje prevodov\u00fd pomer pohonu \u010derpadla. Posunut\u00fd v\u00fdvodov\u00fd hriade\u013e zvy\u010dajne zn\u00e1sobuje ot\u00e1\u010dky, tak\u017ee \u010derpadlo m\u00f4\u017ee pracova\u0165 pri vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch ot\u00e1\u010dkach, a kockov\u00fd v\u00fdvodov\u00fd hriade\u013e pren\u00e1\u0161a v\u00fdstupn\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky z prevodovky. Nezabudnite tie\u017e na sn\u00edma\u010d PTO, ktor\u00fd je pripojen\u00fd k po\u010d\u00edta\u010du a indikuje prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd stav PTO - zapnut\u00fd - vypnut\u00fd. V niektor\u00fdch konfigur\u00e1ci\u00e1ch sa bez tohto sn\u00edma\u010da nezaob\u00eddete. \u010eal\u0161\u00edm d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm komponentom je regula\u010dn\u00fd ventil vykl\u00e1pania. Tento ventil mus\u00ed obmedzova\u0165 tlak oleja v syst\u00e9me a chr\u00e1ni\u0165 pohon. Nastavenie ventilu mus\u00ed by\u0165 adekv\u00e1tne prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9mu tlaku pohonu. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je aj spr\u00e1vne umiestnenie ventilu, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uje vedenie hydraulick\u00fdch veden\u00ed a zabra\u0148uje \u0165a\u017ekostiam s obmedzen\u00edm polomeru ohybu veden\u00ed. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd je aj maxim\u00e1lny prietok oleja cez ventil. Mal by by\u0165 zvolen\u00fd tak, aby nepotl\u00e1\u010dal olej v syst\u00e9me, t. j. nesp\u00f4soboval protitlak. To je ve\u013emi nepr\u00edjemn\u00fd jav a m\u00f4\u017ee po\u0161kodi\u0165 hydrauliku. Prietok ventilom by mal by\u0165 jednoducho v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed ako prietok oleja, ktor\u00fd dod\u00e1va \u010derpadlo. Pri v\u00fdbere pneumatick\u00e9ho ovl\u00e1dania sa pozrite na to, za \u010do m\u00e1 by\u0165 zodpovedn\u00e9. Chcete ovl\u00e1da\u0165 len skl\u00e1pac\u00ed ventil, t. j. polohy hore, dole a neutr\u00e1lnu polohu? M\u00e1te \u010fal\u0161ie funkcie, ako je zapnutie\/vypnutie v\u00fdvodov\u00e9ho hriade\u013ea alebo \u010fal\u0161ie ovl\u00e1danie hydraulick\u00fdch str\u00e1n? Pneumatick\u00e9 ovl\u00e1danie sa m\u00f4\u017ee pri vykl\u00e1pan\u00ed automaticky vr\u00e1ti\u0165 do neutr\u00e1lnej polohy, \u010do je tie\u017e vecou \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie a v\u00fdberu. M\u00f4\u017eete si vybra\u0165 aj typ signaliz\u00e1cie polohy ovl\u00e1dacieho joysticku, a to bu\u010f LED di\u00f3dou, alebo zvukov\u00fdm sign\u00e1lom.
